After a week with Ron at youth camp with the klids from our church and me with my wonderful aunts and cousins we are together again. I spent some really good quality time with my sweet aunts and cousins in Mississippi and Georgia. We shopped, ate, laughed, ate, talked and ate some more. It was really a special week. In the picture I am doing what I did alot - rocking on Aunt Evelyn's front porch.
Ron and I left this morning and headed north through the corner of South Carolina and into North Carolina. We visited two revolutionary war battle grounds - King's Mountain and Cowpens. We have stopped at Asheville, North Carolina for the night. We can see the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance.
Tomorrow we will see the sights around here and then head up the Blue Ridge Parkway to points north.
